Atomic with a Carbon Quotient of 60 is a solid mid-range stick. The carbon content is enough to feel energy return and hit harder, and the extreme low DII profile lets you learn 3D technique - lifts and drag flicks - without paying for a top stick.

For developing and intermediate players moving up from an entry stick to gear with more carbon. A forward or midfielder training technique.

Ritual Precision 10 Indoor - entry-level indoor stick

The Precision 10 Indoor is the entry model of Ritual Hockey's indoor Precision line. Indoor sticks are lighter and slimmer than turf sticks, because the indoor game is faster and played without swing hits - carrying, trapping and quick passes along the floor are what count.

Who it is for

For players starting out indoors and for juniors moving up to a full-size indoor stick. The low carbon content forgives technical errors while learning to carry on a hard surface.

Ritual Precision 25 Max Indoor - indoor stick for the regular player

The Precision 25 Max Indoor is the mid model of Ritual Hockey's indoor Precision line. A higher carbon content than the Precision 10 gives a stiffer head and a surer pass along the floor, while keeping the lightness and slim profile the fast indoor game needs.

Who it is for

For indoor players competing regularly in a league who want a firmer, more precise stick than the entry model but do not yet need the top stiffness of the Precision 50.

Construction and specification

• Core: premium Japanese carbon; approx. 25% carbon in the laminate
• Bow: ultra-low, for ball control
• Profile: slim, 24 mm; 40° face angle
• Grip: Super Soft, textured

The higher carbon content means faster ball release on a pass and surer control on a trap in tight play. The 40° face angle and low bow ease carrying close to the surface.

The Osaka Low Bow Advanced 40 is a composite field hockey stick for the 2026 season, built from 35% carbon, 60% fibreglass and 5% Kevlar. This layup produces a soft, forgiving flex - the stick returns energy on the hit yet does not punish an imperfect strike, which suits players still developing their technique.

Who it is for

Aimed at intermediate players moving up from glass sticks to their first stick with a real carbon share. The Low Bow profile supports close ball carrying, drag-flicking and hitting off the forehand, so it works well for forwards and midfielders building a technical game.

Construction and specifications

The Low Bow profile has a 24 mm bow depth, with the apex 200 mm from the head. This bow position makes 3D ball control and lifting the ball into drag-flicks easier. The lower carbon share (35%) reduces stiffness against elite models - the stick absorbs receptions better at the cost of some hitting power.
