2. What data we process and why

  • Order processing — name and surname, delivery address, e-mail, phone number (basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Customer account — profile data and order history (basis: performance of a contract)
  • Accounting — invoicing data (basis: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
  • Complaints and returns — data necessary to handle the case (basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest)

3. Data recipients

We share your data only with entities necessary to fulfil your order: the payment operator Tpay (Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.), courier companies (DHL, DPD), our hosting provider and our accounting office. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention period

Order data is stored for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year). Account data — until the account is deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and objection, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO). Send requests to [email protected].

The Shop uses cookies necessary for its operation (session, cart, outdoor/indoor selection, language). Analytics and marketing cookies are not used without the user's consent.
