Description

The Osaka Mouth Guard Comfort is a mouthguard in adult size, clear. Made of 100% EVA.

Fitting

It is fitted with the boil-and-bite method: dip it briefly in boiling water, then bite into it once soft so it takes the shape of the teeth. A well-fitted guard stays in place and does not hinder breathing or talking on the pitch.

Where it is used

A mouthguard is compulsory in many field and indoor hockey competitions, and on penalty corners it protects against the most serious injuries.

About Osaka

Osaka is a Belgian brand from Antwerp, founded in 2011 with the aim of fusing hockey heritage with lifestyle. The name refers to the Japanese city, and the company openly draws on Japanese design and the principle that less is more: products are meant to look clean and simple, with design driven by versatility, functionality and durability. Since 2017 Osaka has also been active in padel, but field hockey remains its core. For hockey, Osaka offers composite sticks in lines such as Pro Tour (including Pro Tour Limited editions), FutureLab and Vision, with various bow shapes and carbon levels from beginner to elite models. Beyond sticks, the range includes indoor sticks, bags, hockey shoes, protective gear, accessories and clothing for women, men and children.

Sizes

Not sure which size to choose? The size guide has a stick length chart based on height, plus guidance on shinguards, gloves and footwear.

Sizing differs between brands. If the product comes with a manufacturer size chart, go by the measurements in centimetres rather than the size letter alone.
