The TK P3 Control Bow is a field hockey stick from the P series, built from 50% carbon, 40% fibreglass and 10% aramid. The UL version weighs about 510 g.
Who it is for
TK describes it as an all-round stick for players at every level. Half carbon gives a noticeably harder hit than fibreglass sticks, while 40% fibreglass keeps a soft feel when receiving the ball.
Construction
The Control Bow has its apex close to the middle of the shaft. This profile helps dribbling, passing and receiving, and keeps the ball low on hits from the ground. Aramid dampens vibration on heavy contact.
