Gryphon’s Blue Steel DII Indoor G26 takes the brand’s familiar DII bow and reshapes it for the boards rather than the turf. Indoor field hockey rewards a different kind of touch – quicker exchanges, tighter angles, less time to load a shot – and this stick is built with that game in mind rather than being an outdoor blank pressed into indoor service. The DII profile sits in the middle of Gryphon’s bow range, giving a stick that’s forgiving on the first touch but still lets you generate whip when you need to shift the ball quickly under pressure. G26 keeps the head low and close to the surface, useful when most indoor exchanges happen at ankle height. It comes in two adult lengths, 36.5 and 37.5 inches, and it’s an indoor-only stick – leave the outdoor turf sessions to something with a bit more surface protection.
