Ritual Specialist 55 – drag-flick stick for the developing flicker
The Specialist 55 is the most accessible model in Ritual’s specialist drag-flick line. The distinctive moulded scoop on the lower shaft guides the ball and adds spring when releasing from the top of the circle.
Who it is for
For players practising the drag flick at penalty corners who want to step into a specialist stick without the top price of the 75-95 models.
Construction and specification
- Composition: 55% carbon, 40% fibreglass, 5% aramid (Kevlar)
- Bow: ultra-low curve for drag flick
- Bow point: 220 mm (low bow)
- Profile: aggressive, 24 mm; 24 mm bow height
- Ball-guiding moulded scoop on the lower shaft
The low 220 mm bow point and the scoop hold the ball against the head longer through the drag-flick swing – lengthening the acceleration path and adding release power. The stick is still playable in the field but is designed around one skill.
Available variants
The entry model of the Specialist line (2026 season). Stiffer: Specialist 75, 95 and Specialist Revolution.
