Returns — 30 days to withdraw from the agreement

You can return purchased goods without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving them (we extended the statutory 14-day period). Simply notify us of the withdrawal within this period and send the product back.

How to return a product

  • Write to [email protected] with your order number and return notice
  • Pack the product complete, unused, with original tags
  • Send it back to: Field Hockey Zone, ul. Kościelna 12a, 88-420 Rogowo, Poland
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel, using the same payment method

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to products made to individual order (e.g. personalised club apparel).

Complaints

We are liable for the conformity of goods with the agreement for 2 years from purchase. If a product is faulty, write to us — describe the issue, attach photos and your order number. We will handle the complaint within 14 days. Transport damage is best reported immediately, with a damage report drawn up with the courier.

Please note: field hockey sticks are consumable equipment — natural wear (head abrasion, chipping from play on hard surfaces) is not covered by complaints.
