Simply notify us of the withdrawal within this period and send the product back.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to return a product<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Write to <a href=\"mailto:sklep@fieldhockeyzone.com\">sklep@fieldhockeyzone.com<\/a> with your order number and return notice<\/li><li>Pack the product complete, unused, with original tags<\/li><li>Send it back to: Field Hockey Zone, ul. Ko\u015bcielna 12a, 88-420 Rogowo, Poland<\/li><li>We refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel, using the same payment method<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to products made to individual order (e.g. personalised club apparel).<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are liable for the conformity of goods with the agreement for 2 years from purchase. If a product is faulty, write to us \u2014 describe the issue, attach photos and your order number. We will handle the complaint within <strong>14 days<\/strong>.
