Terms and Conditions of the fieldhockeyzone.com online shop \u2014 effective from the date of publication.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 1. General provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n

1. The fieldhockeyzone.com online shop (the \u201cShop\u201d) is operated by IDEA4ME.PL Sp. z o.o., ul. Sk\u0142adowa 5, 62-023 \u017berniki, Poland, VAT ID PL7773471952, REGON 545055625, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001251289 (the \u201cSeller\u201d).
2. Contact with the Seller: e-mail sklep@fieldhockeyzone.com, address for returns and correspondence: Field Hockey Zone, ul. Ko\u015bcielna 12a, 88-420 Rogowo, Poland.
3. These Terms define the rules for concluding sales agreements via the Shop and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 2. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n

1. Orders can be placed via the Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. An order is placed by adding products to the cart, selecting the delivery and payment method and confirming the order with the button that creates an obligation to pay.
3. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order to the Customer's e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 3. Prices and payments<\/h2>\n\n\n

1. Prices in the Shop are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
2. The binding price is the price at the moment the order is placed.
3. Payments are handled by Tpay (Krajowy Integrator P\u0142atno\u015bci S.A.). Available methods: BLIK and fast online bank transfer (PBL).
4. An order unpaid within 3 business days may be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 4. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n

1. Deliveries are made within Poland by courier (DHL or DPD). Delivery methods and costs are described on the page Shipping & Payments<\/a>.
2. A paid order is shipped within 24 hours on business days, provided the product is in stock.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 5. Withdrawal from the agreement (returns)<\/h2>\n\n\n

1. A consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 30 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods (a period voluntarily extended by the Seller beyond the statutory 14 days).
2. The details of the return procedure are described on the page Returns & Complaints<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 6. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n

1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the agreement under the rules of the Consumer Rights Act.
2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to sklep@fieldhockeyzone.com or in writing to the warehouse address. The Seller handles complaints within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 7. Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n

The controller of Customers' personal data is the Seller. The rules of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00a7 8. Final provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n

1. In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. After exhausting the complaint procedure, the Consumer may use out-of-court methods of resolving consumer disputes. Information on the available bodies and procedures is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl<\/a>.
3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms; orders placed before an amendment are governed by the version in force on the day the order was placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
